The grand, open-living Panorama designs are suited to any type of site, whether sloping or flat. These designs have an impressive facade from the front elevation and are suitable for narrow suburban to sprawling rural blocks. As the name of this series indicates, it has been designed so that the view can be taken in every room of the house. The ability to choose between a stumped floor system for a sloping site, a concrete slab for a flat block allows these designs to be constructed anywhere.

All homes can be built to Lockup Stage or Fully built please see our pricelists for further details. All external and internal new home specifications can be customised, upgraded or changed.

Treated Pine Timber the only
renewable building resource

The timber we use in our framed and truss construction is harvested from renewable growth forests. Modern treatment methods for rot and insect (termite) attack is a tried and proven protection and is safe to use in domestic situations.

Timber is the only truly renewable building material, with minimal climate impact. The use and regrowth of timber as a construction material is beneficial to the environment by its process in using carbon dioxide and release of oxygen, a process at its optimum in young growing trees.

Cyclone and Seismic Areas

The design and building method utilising truss style engineered components gives superior cyclonic and seismic capabilities. Variations can apply additional tie-down strength for extreme conditions.
